Safety & Hygiene Measures For Workshops

Although government restrictions have been lifted, for the time being, for your peace of mind, I'm keeping these measures in place. If you are booked onto a workshop and these measures change I'll keep you updated.

  • Please take a lateral flow test in the 48 hours before attending the workshop. I will do the same.
  • Please do not attend the workshop if you have symptoms of Covid 19, or have to self isolate to comply with government guidelines.
  • There will be a maximum of 6 people on the workshop to allow for social distancing.
  • You will either be sat on a table divided by plastic screens to separate you from the person next to you, or on your own table, so you have your own workspace.  If you are coming with a friend, do let me know, and I'll do my best to sit you together, and a screen is not necessary unless you want one. Please note that where you are sat will depend on how many attend the workshop.
  • Each participant will have their own basic tools to work with, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer, do ask and I can tell you what you'll need.
  • There will be plenty of sanitiser and sanitising wipes available, plus access to the bathroom for handwashing.
  • Most workshops are now being held on Sundays, on Sundays the cafe below the studio isn't open, this means that we have the building to ourselves, so more space and no waiting for the bathroom!
  • Please wear a face covering. Face shields will also be provided as an alternative to wear during the workshop, these are designed to sit over your glasses if you wear them.
  • You'll be asked to wipe down your tools after each session. (There is also usually, though not always, at least a week between workshop sessions before equipment is reused)
  • Your contact details will be required for track and trace.
