Your data is collected securely via MailChimp when you voluntarily opt-in to our mailing list. You can refer to their privacy policy for further details. When you make an enquiry on the phone, by email or in the studio, we will request no more information than is necessary to help you with your enquiry, this is usually only a name, a contact number and an email address. If you go onto purchase an item which will be sent in the post, then an address will also be required. Your data collected from your enquiry is never shared with any third parties.

When you make a purchase through this website your data is also collected only so that we can fulfill your order.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We collect your data for giving quotations and advice and providing the best overall customer experience. This includes sending out newsletters and promotions. You will only receive our newsletters if you have voluntarily opted-in. If you are a newsletter subscriber, then you can update your subscription preferences or completely unsubscribe by following the links at the bottom of any of our newsletters. You retain the right to unsubscribe at any time.
