UPDATE 19/08/2025 - STUDIO BREAK
I'm taking a few days off over the bank holiday and will be out of the studio. Orders placed now for wire flowers and jewellery will be processed when I get back to the studio on 27th August. Please see bleow for dispatch and delivery times from that point. Workshop bookings are unaffected and remain open throughout, you will receive an automatic confirmation email on booking, and your place is then reserved.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are made and dispatched in 1-4 working days of ordering. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except UK bank holidays. When to expect your order after dispatch will depend on which delivery service you choose, see below for details.
DELIVERY COSTS UK ADDRESSES
Delivery charges cover the cost of postage, packing materials and the time to prepare your package.
Royal Mail First Class £3.75 for jewellery. Wire flower packages are charged at £3.75 to £5.50 depending on their size and weight. Wire flowers including a glass bottle are charged at £5.50. Estimated delivery in 1-2 working days after dispatch, this is not a service with a guaranteed delivery date, nor is it tracked.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.75 for jewellery. Wire flower packages are charged at £4.75 to £6.50 depending on their weight and size. Wire flowers including a glass bottle are charged at £6.50. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, your order will be tracked.
Royal Mail Special Delivery £11. This service is tracked, signed and insured and arrives the next working day after dispatch. Please note that choosing this option doesn't guarantee your item will be dispatched the next day after you place your order, not all items are in stock and ready to post, so if you need something urgently please check with me before ordering, if the item is in stock and can be sent out quickly I would then recommend choosing this service for delivery.
FREE -collection in person from my studio in Staffordshire. Once your order is placed I will be in touch to arrange collection.
N.B. Delivery to Northern Ireland is currently unavailable. Please see the note below on Europe.
Europe
Delivery to Europe and Northern Ireland is currently suspended due to new EU GSPR regulations coming into force in December 2024. Hopefully once there is clarity on how small businesses negotiate these regulations I will be able to reinstate delivery to these zones.
US
Delivery to the US is currently suspended due to new tariffs being introduced on 29th August 2025 and a lack of clarity as to how to negotiate the new system. Hopefully this will become clearer in time and I will be able to reinstate delivery to the US.
Australia, New Zealand, Canada
Royal Mail International signed or tracked delivery £12.00
Depending on which services are available for your location your order will be sent tracked, or signed for, or tracked and signed. Delivery to these countries is estimated to take 5 to 7 working days from posting.These are estimated delivery times as these are not date guaranteed services. Sometimes items can be held up in customs which can also effect delivery times. A customs charge maybe added on arrival in the destination country, this is charge that you, the customer, or recipient pays.
Packaging
Jewellery is carefully packed in a cardboard box that will fit through most letterboxes. All jewellery is presented in a gift box made from recycled materials. Care advice will also be included. Larger items such as hair garlands or decorative wire flowers are often packed in larger boxes that won't fit through your letterbox.
If your order doesn't arrive when you expect it
In our experience it is extremely rare for items to be delayed, however if this does happen and the item doesn't arrive when you are expecting it, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you to resolve the situation. Initially we will ask you to allow three weeks from your dispatch date for the item to arrive, as in our experience delayed items will usually arrive within that period. It also allows us time to investigate with delivery provider. If after this time and following investigation your order still hasn't been located then your order will be replaced or refunded.
