Wire wreath workshop 26th July 2026

Sunday 26th July 10.30-4.30pm.

Hot drinks and homemade cake included.

Create your own wild flower inspired wire wreath to hang on the wall at home. You'll learn how to make a variety of decorative wire stems inspired by leaves, grasses and seed heads, and how to attach them to your wire wreath, to add movement and detail. Shown here are two design options, but there are more possibilities for you to try out with your stems, wreaths can be asymmetrical, like those shown, or you can go for something more symmetrical if you prefer. Whatever you choose, I'll be there  with ideas, wire expertise and to guide you to make something that you'll feel proud of hanging on your wall. You can finish your wreath with an optional ribbon tie if you like.

This workshop takes place at Spout Brew House, on the first floor, my studio is above this room on the second floor and you’ll be able to visit my studio too.

Gift Option

If you book with this option I will email you a printable voucher (pdf) that you can pop into an envelope and give as a gift, or simply email it on to the recipient. The voucher will have all the information the recipient needs to take part in the workshop. I will also need the recipient's name from you.

Workshop Booking T&C

• Workshops include materials and use of equipment, though you are welcome to bring your own items to personalise what you make. If there is an option to buy extra materials on the day I’ll let you know in advance.
• Full day workshops include homemade cake and hot drinks, jugs of water will also be provided. Please bring your own lunch.
• On half day workshops, homemade cake and hot drinks are included.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking. Food is homemade here by the Spout Brew House kitchen.
• Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings are non refundable and non transferable. However if the workshop has to be postponed due to Covid 19 restrictions you will be offered an alternative date, the option of a voucher or a refund.
• Covid 19 safety measures. All restrictions are now lifted but nearer to the time of the workshop you will be updated on any current measures in place.
• A minimum of 4 people are required for the workshop to go ahead, if fewer than 4 people book onto the workshop it will be cancelled with as much notice as possible and you will be refunded in full.
• There will be a maximum of 10 people taking part depending on the workshop.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult. Please get in touch to discuss the suitability of a workshop for those under 16 before booking. Workshops are aimed at adults but may be suitable for those 13 and over.
• Workshops are usually held on the first floor and unfortunately there is no lift.
• Please note that I, Judith Brown, retain the intellectual property to all my ideas. This means that you can’t go into business making copies of my work, run workshops using my ideas or replicate this workshop elsewhere. You can, however, use the ideas to create for your own pleasure or to make gifts for friends and family, and with your own students, if you are a teacher in an educational establishment.
