Half day embellished Wire Flowers 15th March 2026

Sunday 15th March 2026 10-1pm.

Homemade cake and hot drinks included.

On this 3 hour craft workshop you'll create a variety of beautiful wire flower stems inspired by summer blooms such as dahlias, zinnias, echinacea and more to display in a vase. I'll teach you how to use various gauges of wire and several different techniques, along with the extra tricks that will bring your wire flowers to life. You can choose to use black wire or copper wire. You can expect to come away with a bunch of unique wire flower stems based on the ideas shown in the photos, how many you create will depend on which techniques you choose to add your beaded detail and your own pace.

You don’t need any experience of wire work to enjoy this workshop.

All materials and use of tools is included and there will be a wide range of glass beads to choose from to embellish your flowers too. Vases pictured are not included.

This workshop takes place at Spout Brew House, on the first floor, my studio is above this room on the second floor and you’ll be able to visit my studio too.

Gift Option

If you book with this option I will email you a printable voucher (pdf) that you can pop into an envelope and give as a gift, or simply email it on to the recipient. The voucher will have all the information the recipient needs to take part in the workshop. I will also need the recipient's name from you.

Workshop Booking T&Cs

• Workshops include materials and use of equipment, though you are welcome to bring your own items to personalise what you make. If there is an option to buy extra materials on the day I’ll let you know in advance.
• Full day workshops include homemade cake and hot drinks, jugs of water will also be provided. Please bring your own lunch.
• On half day workshops, homemade cake and hot drinks are included.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking. Food is homemade here by the Spout Brew House kitchen.
• Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings are non refundable and non transferable. However if the workshop has to be postponed due to Covid 19 restrictions you will be offered an alternative date, the option of a voucher or a refund.
• Covid 19 safety measures. All restrictions are now lifted but nearer to the time of the workshop you will be updated on any current measures in place.
• A minimum of 4 people are required for the workshop to go ahead, if less than 4 people book onto the workshop it will be cancelled with as much notice as possible and you will be refunded in full.
• There will be a maximum of 10 people taking part depending on the workshop.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult. Please get in touch to discuss the suitability of a workshop for those under 16 before booking. Workshops are aimed at adults but may be suitable for those 13 and over.
• Workshops are often held on the first floor and unfortunately there is no lift.
• Please note that I, Judith Brown, retain the intellectual property to all my ideas. This means that you can’t go into business making copies of my work, run workshops using my ideas or replicate this workshop elsewhere. You can, however, use the ideas to create for your own pleasure or to make gifts for friends and family, and with your own students, if you are a teacher in an educational establishment.
