Delivery
Jewellery is usually dispatched within 2 or 3 working days of your order, at busy times this could be up to a maximum of 7 working days of order confirmation. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed we will contact you with an alternative dispatch time and the option to cancel your order.

We are not responsible for items lost in the post. For items sent ordinary first class (FREE) a certificate of posting will be obtained, items sent this way are not insured, which is entirely at your own risk.
Recorded delivery items are tracked and a signature is required on delivery, items sent this way are not insured, which is entirely at your own risk.
Special delivery items are tracked with a signature on arrival, full insurance is provided by Royal Mail.
Europe
- Airmail £3.50
- Royal Mail International Signed For £10.00
For items sent by Airmail a certificate of posting will be obtained. We are not responsible for items lost in the post. The International Signed For service includes insurance up to £500, a signature is required on delivery and the item is trackable until it leaves the UK. Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US

- Royal Mail International signed for £11.00
For items sent by Airmail a certificate of posting will be obtained. We are not responsible for items lost in the post. Packaging
All jewellery is presented in a gift box or bag and packaged in such a way as to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Care advice will also be included.
