Delivery
Jewellery should be despatched within a maximum of 7 working days of order confirmation. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed we will contact you with an alternative despatch time and the option to cancel your order.
UK Addresses
- Royal Mail First Class FREE
- Royal Mail First Class Recorded £3.50
- Royal Mail Special Delivery £6.50
For items sent ordinary first class a certificate of posting will be obtained. We are not responsible for items lost in the post. Recorded delivery ensures that items can be tracked, special delivery also includes insurance on top of this.
Packaging
All jewellery is presented in a gift box and packaged in such a way as to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Care advice will also be included.
