A nature inspired workshop where we’ll create wire drawings, observing from leaves, plants and flowers. You are encouraged to bring along your own photos or plants, as well as taking inspiration from those provided. You’ll learn how to handle different gauges of wire to create a variety of shapes. You may just want to keep your "wire sketches" as they are but you'll have the option to bring them together as a finished piece to hang on the wall at the end if you prefer, see my examples for options. All of the photos here, except that of my examples, are of student work produced on a recent workshop. I'm very grateful to those students to be able to share their work.
This workshop takes place at Spout Brew House, on the first floor, my studio is above this room on the second floor and you’ll be able to visit my studio too.
The food provided is vegetarian. Please advise if you have special requirements such as vegan or gluten free food on booking. Please do this via the drop down box and leaving a message at checkout. If booking for someone else and you need to check first, or it's a gift please email me after booking with the information. Thank you.

If you book with this option I will email you a printable voucher (pdf) that you can pop into an envelope and give as a gift, or simply email it on to the recipient. The voucher will have all the information the recipient needs to take part in the workshop. I will also need the recipient's name from you.
