It's hand stitched with fine wire and finished with freshwater pearls. This intricately handstitched heart is only 2cm in diameter and comes on a 16 inch chain, with a 2 inch extension chain taking the necklace up to 18 inches. Longer or shorter chains are also available on request.

Choose from silver with sterling silver chain, Rose gold filled or gold filled.
