CHRISTMAS ORDERS
The last recommended posting date for Christmas delivery in the UK is 20th December 2007. Orders received by 5pm on Tuesday 18th will be despatched on or before the 20th.
PLEASE NOTE that any orders placed online between 21st December 2007 and 3rd January 2008, will not be despatched until 3rd January 2008.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit card through Paypal.
NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No problem. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account, you can pay using most major credit cards without the need to set up an account. On the paypal log in page follow the link" Don't have a paypal account? Click here" and you will be asked for credit card details to complete your purchase.
ACCOUNT USERS
If you already have a Paypal account you may use this to pay for your purchases. Follow the instructions at checkout.
Shipping And Handling
All jewellery is presented in a gift box and packaged in such a way as to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
UK ADDRESSES
Shipping for UK addresses is now FREE, this will be by Royal Mail first class packet rate. At checkout you can also choose options of recorded delivery, (a signature is required) or special delivery, which is insured. These options are charged at Royal Mail rates. Please note that jewellery will only be insured if sent by Royal Mail special delivery, we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post and advise that should you require compensation for lost items you select special delivery.
EU ADDRESSES
Shipping is calculated by weight and this will be by Airmail. You will also be offered the option to choose the International signed for service.
US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Shipping is calculated by weight and wil be by Royal Mail International signed for Airmail service.

We are not responsible for items lost in the post. A certificate of posting will be obtained.
Delivery Schedule
Jewellery should be despatched within a maximum of 7 working days of order confirmation. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed we will contact you with an alternative despatch time and the option to cancel your order.
Credit Card Security
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Guarantee
Every effort has been made to describe and represent the goods accurately but it is important to remember that all jewellery is made individually by hand and that no two items will be identical. There maybe therefore some small differences from the pictures representing the products online and the goods despatched. Measurements and sizes are approximate and given as a guide to the customer. We want you to be happy with your purchases and you may return any item if you are not satisfied.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will give you a full refund provided that the goods are returned unworn, in their original packaging and in the condition sent. We regret that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Please check goods on delivery, faulty or damaged items can be returned, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and they will be replaced where possible or a full refund given. After this time we have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged items, but may be able to repair them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and advise that items are returned by recorded delivery as refunds can only be given on goods received by us.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at orders@judithbrownjewellery.co.uk or by telephoning us on 07733 026077. If your order has already been despatched, as well as notifying us that you wish to cancel, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address given. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including any original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.
If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.
