About Judith

Judith Brown began making jewellery in 2004. Her individual style has developed following her studies of Fashion and Textiles, particularly Embroidery at Manchester Metropolitan University. "I have always worked with stitch and wanted to develop a way of working that would highlight the stitch itself. Working with fine wire rather than thread has enabled me to create forms which are intricate and hold their form over time, yet are still seemingly delicate."

Judith exhibits regularly and sells through independent shops, galleries and specialist markets and fairs. She is an active member of the Mersey Jeweller's and Metal Artist's Network. She also teaches workshops, scroll down for details.
